Free Perk(Orb Charge EE Step)

To get the free perk, you must first reach the main quest step where you can activate the button inside the Pack-a-Punch room. After activating the button, you have a limited time to earn a minimum of 2,000 points. You can earn points by eliminating enemies: zombies give you 10 points each, and Aether Vermin give you 200 points each. Once you reach the 2,000-point threshold, a random perk will spawn by the console where you pressed the button.
