Overview

This guide provides the exact steps, puzzle solutions, and locations required to upgrade the Wind, Ice, Lightning, and Fire staffs in the Call of Duty: Black Ops II Zombies map, Origins. By completing these steps, you will unlock the powerful Ultimate versions of each staff.

  Enter the Crazy Place through the Wind portal

  Solve the ceiling puzzle by shooting the rings with the Wind Staff to match the correct symbol pattern

  Return to the main map and locate the first smoking pipe near the Generator 4 area; shoot it with the Wind Staff so the smoke blows towards the Excavation Site

  Locate the second smoking pipe along the muddy tank path and shoot it with the Wind Staff

  Locate the third smoking pipe near the Stamina-Up perk machine and shoot it with the Wind Staff

  Go to the bottom of the Excavation Site and shoot the glowing yellow orb with the Wind Staff

  Align the four rings of the central mechanism to glow yellow using the levers around the area
