Challenge Podium Music

Overview

This Easter Egg in the Black Ops 4 Zombies map "IX" (Nine) allows players to trigger the map's intro cutscene music by surviving a certain number of rounds on the Challenge Podium without turning on power or opening extra doors.

Step 1: Locate the Challenge Podium

The first step is to locate the Challenge Podium within the arena. It's a central structure in the main area of the map.

• Navigate to the main arena area of the map.
• Identify the circular platform in the center, which is the Challenge Podium.

Step 2: Initiate the Challenge

Once you've reached the Challenge Podium, stand on it to begin the activation process. No specific interaction is needed other than being present on the platform.

• Position your character directly on the Challenge Podium.
• The challenge will automatically begin once you are on the platform.

Step 3: Survive Five Rounds on the Podium

To activate the music, you must survive for five full rounds while remaining on the Challenge Podium. You don't need to turn on power or open any other doors on the map.

• Stay exclusively on the Challenge Podium for five consecutive rounds.
• A recommended strategy for easier survival is to use the Bowie Knife and Ethereal Razor perks, allowing for powerful melee kills against the incoming zombies.
• You can efficiently kill zombies by meleeing them while standing on the podium using your field upgrade.

Step 4: Enjoy the Music

After successfully surviving five full rounds on the Challenge Podium, the intro cutscene music for the "Nine" map will begin to play. The music might take a few moments to kick in after the completion of the fifth round.

• Listen for the distinct intro music to start playing, confirming successful completion of the Easter Egg.
